Born from a collaboration between business and academic research, QueueForMe is world’s first generic digital queuing system powered by artificial intelligence capable of learning from new situations. 

With its unique machine learning techniques provided by the TaM team of Geneva University and funded by Innosuisse, QueueForMe has proven results in several industries, including transportation, healthcare, museums, restaurants and amusement parks.

The unpredictability of passenger flow at the security clearance is challenging most airports by causing peaks and congestion leading to waiting passengers.

Our unique machine learning approach offers prediction of the wait times and the ability to create simulations in order to improve the answer to peaks as well as a digital queuing system ensuring passengers can consume in the airport shops instead  of standing in line.

This approach not only offers higher passenger satisfaction but more importantly permits to avoid peaks through prediction and re-organisation of the passenger’s arrival through selective invitation at strategic time slots.

QueueForMe is a product derived from one of its innovation awards and aims to revolutionize the way queues are handled by making them digital, easily manageable and predicting their wait time with unique accuracy with advanced artificial intelligence technology provided by the world renowned TaM research team of the University of Geneva, and funded by the Innosuisse fund in order to disrupt this market with a generic machine learning methodology which can not only predict learning time but learn on new patterns based on our product’s usage.
